This project is located in one of the residential areas preferred by all the residents of Calpe, due to its proximity to the town centre, the beaches and at the same time because it is a quiet but safe area, since it is located on the outskirts of the town centre.
The home is distributed in three floors.
On the main floor, from the entrance you get access to the hall where you will find the living area, here we can find the kitchen that includes a pantry room and completely open to the dining room and living room from where you have direct access to the terrace. Once on the terrace you can find the pool which comes with a relaxing area where you can enjoy the sun and the views or a dinner at the barbecue. The house has an Insurance that guarantees for a period of 10 years the damages produced in the house due to defects that have their origin or affect the foundation and structure of the building and compromise its resistance and safety.
