Our fathers were among the four pioneers who shaped residential development on the Costa Blanca North. Between them, they were responsible for the majority of new homes built in this area during their era — they didn’t just build houses, they built the market.
We are the second generation. We grew up on this land, we know every plot, every view, every neighbourhood between Altea and Jávea. After years working across different sectors, we returned to what we know best — and since then, we have focused on one thing only: building exceptional homes for people who demand the best.
Now our children are joining us. The third generation is already here, bringing fresh energy to a business built on four decades of knowledge and trust.

Pepa Ivars
Partner
Pepa is the backbone of the business. With decades of experience in the real estate sector and an official Real Estate Agent licence, she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and supports the sales team. Her deep knowledge of the Costa Blanca market and her hands-on approach ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Felipe Ribes
CFO
Felipe manages the financial and administrative heart of the group. From internal organisation to financial control, he ensures every project is structured and executed with rigour. Second generation of a family with over 40 years on the Costa Blanca, he brings both professional training and an innate understanding of the business.
Pepe Ribes
CSO
Pepe leads sales and agent relations. He is the main point of contact for the network of agents who represent our projects across Europe, ensuring every client receives the attention and information they need throughout the buying process. Second generation, with real estate in his DNA.
Benjamin Peñalver
Site manager
Benjamin runs GPC Building Company, our in-house construction division. With over 30 years in the sector and deep expertise in structures, he leads the entire construction team and coordinates all suppliers and subcontractors. When we say we build with our own team, Benjamin is why that matters.
Pepe Giner
Architect
Pepe Giner is one of the most respected architectural voices on the Costa Blanca North. His studio, Pepe Giner Arquitectos, leads the design of our projects — combining contemporary vision with a deep sensitivity to Mediterranean landscape, light, and proportion. His work is visible across our entire portfolio.
Francisco Martinez
Technical architect
Francisco supervises and coordinates all construction projects at a technical and safety level. As the certified technical architect on every build, he signs off on project documentation and ensures full compliance with building regulations and quality standards at every stage of construction. The technical guarantee behind every home we deliver.
Jose Miguel Ivars
Industrial Engineer
Jose Miguel handles all plot urbanisation — electricity, water, telecommunications, and municipal permits. He coordinates directly with Iberdrola, local councils, and utility providers to ensure every plot is fully serviced before construction begins. The work nobody sees, done by the person who makes everything else possible.
