Benissa

In this part of Alicante stand out the small coves that emerge between cliffs, and mountains of great scenic value. In its 4 kilometers of coastline there are some of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca. Its transparent waters are the perfect setting for water sports such as scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Hiking is another of the options offered by this town, surrounded by mountains and hills such as the Bèrnia, ideal for excursions.

Highlights

The historic center has a marked medieval character, with buildings such as the Lonja de la Constitución, from the 15th century; Renaissance mansions; the neo-Gothic Cathedral of the Marina, and Desamparados Street, full of large houses with wrought iron railings.
