At Grupo Turis Promociones, we don’t work from a catalogue. We find the plot, design the project, and build it ourselves — from the first sketch to the day you receive your keys.

 

With over 30 years of experience on the Costa Blanca North and more than 40 homes delivered, we know this land, we know how to build on it, and we know how to make the process feel effortless for you.

Each one of our villas is given personal thought and attention in order to become a unique, one of a kind residence.

To create the SIGNATURE line of projects we have been inspired by The Case Study Houses experimental movement ran in 1945 in California, US. The modern and efficient designs of this iconic architecture has inspired GRUPO TURIS PROMOCIONES to build a series of houses. The aim of this project was to create something unique and full of life.

Heritage

To create the Heritage line of projects we have been inspired by the character and charm of the area, using textures and natural elements such as wood or stone from the area to achieve a style in tune with the environment, all while maintaining traditional architecture and contributing new ideas to the construction system.

At Oasis, we believe that every home is more than just a structure; it is a sanctuary for the soul. Our architect, Maria Jesus Mora, the creator of INLAND, combines her passion for interior design and landscaping with a unique sensibility to create spaces that are not only aesthetically stunning, but also elevate your energy and well-being.
