Michelin stars 2021: list of all restaurants in the Alicante province

The province of Alicante remains, one more year, as a highlight of the national gastronomy with 12 restaurants that add 16 stars: the three of Quique Dacosta in Dénia, the two stars of L'Escaleta de Kiko Moya (Cocentaina) and BonAmb by Alberto Ferruz (Xàbia) and with one follow La Finca (Elche), Monastrell (Alicante), Casa Pepa (Ondara), El Xato (La Nucia), Orobianco (Calp), Beat (Calp) Audrey's (Calp), Tula ( Xàbia) and the recently incorporated Baeza & Rufete.
